It is sealed to protect the internal mechanics and ensure proper operation of the water dispenser. Visit our cleaning instructions to learn more.
Why are there “tidal marks” in the bowl?
Tidal marks may appear due to mineral content in water. Typically, the harder the water is, the more likely it is to leave tidal marks. Regular cleaning and the antimicrobial material help reduce buildup.
Functional problems

Water should reach the top of the outlet when in "flow" mode.
