Free Shipping Policy

In the USA and UK, all Torus products are shipped to consumers free in the US, UK and EU. 

How long will it take to get my order?

You shouldn't have to wait to get your order! We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most customers receive their orders within 1-2 days of placing them. However, the timing of your order such as during a weekend or in a location that takes a bit longer, can mean that it will take a little longer.

Some products are shipped by Amazon and some by our warehouse It just depends what is the most efficient use of services.

Do I need to be there to sign for it?

Nope! If you're not home, the deliverer will leave it at your door or with a person residing at your house, or a door person at a multi-unit home.

Are there any countries that Torus Pet doesn’t ship to?

At the moment, we ship to the following countries only. We would love to have new partnerships in new territories and we will update this list as this happens.

I have a P.O. box or APO/FPO address?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or other addresses without a specific street number or clear identification.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your package 24/7 in your account. We provide the tracking details as soon as your order is shipped. 

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Torus Pet are made in accordance shipment contracts. This means that the ownership of the products orders and therefore the risk of loss for the items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.


Of course we want you and your pet to be happy with your Torus Products. Our website provides a lot of information about how Torus works, its benefits and the science behind the product range. If you decide however that you wish to return a Torus product, we give you time to do so but there are some conditions.

We will accept packages within 90-days of the sale date and we'll give you a complete refund. We just need to confirm that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging. If you have opened and/or used the product and the packaging is returned to us in a salable condition, we can not process a refund as we can not be sure that the product is not free from pet matter that should not be passed on to another pet.

Cost of Returns

Unless there is a clear fault with a Torus Product that falls under our 12-month Warranty, the cost of returning the product will be yours.
