Shipping Policy

We want you and your pets to love your purchase.

We aim to ship orders within two (2) working days of payment. Time frames are estimates only. Orders may dispatch in one delivery or by instalments. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. We are not responsible for lost goods when left unsigned at the customer's request.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve quickly.

• Products not in original condition
• Items damaged due to misuse
